Information
ROOM
TYPES
Single
Room: accommodates one guest, usually with one double,
queen or king size bed.
Double
Room: accommodates two guests, usually with one queen or
king size bed OR two double, queen or king size beds. If you
wish to have two beds, please make a request for this in the
comment field.
Triple
Room: accommodates three guests, usually in two
double or queen size beds.
Quad
Room: accommodates four guests, usually in two double or
queen size beds.
Children:
Please note,
some specialty properties, Inns, Bed & Breakfasts do not allow
children under a certain age or not at all, please refer to the
hotel description page to see about children. Please request
additional information via phone or email. Many hotels/resorts will
allow for two children to stay in a double room (and same bedding)
with two full paying adults. The maximum age for children staying
free with parents, this varies by property, please inquire prior to
making your reservation.
Rollaways/Cribs:
Some hotels/resorts can provide rollaway beds/cots and/or cribs for
infants. The price for these services can vary by hotel. Please
inquire prior to making your reservation. REFUND
AND CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellation or transfer of a booking resulting in Destinnations
incurring a number of operational and administrative costs, plus a
loss if time does not permit a resale. Consequently the following
fees will apply to canceled or changed bookings in accordance with
the time prior to departure. All cancellations or changes must be
put in writing to Destinnations, c/o Tourco, 16 East Pond Road,
Nobleboro, ME. 04555 USA
Please note
cancellation policies on the description page for each hotel, as
several of our featured properties have unique cancellation
policies. If no cancellation policies are detailed, the following
will apply.

REVISION
FEES: A fee of $25.00 per transaction will be charged for
any changes, revisions or alterations made to your reservation after
confirmation.
TOUR
PRICE INCLUDES: All included components of a Tour Package
are clearly noted in the 'Package Includes' section of the
itinerary/package descriptions.
TOUR
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Airfare; car rental fees; fuel;
local or state car taxes; meals (unless otherwise noted); items of a
personal nature such as phone calls, drinks, laundry charge, parking
fees, rollaway and/or crib charges, child seats, etc.; applicable
surcharges; gratuities to tour directors, guides and drivers; and
anything not mentioned in the 'Package Includes' section of the
itinerary/package descriptions.
ENTRY
INTO CANADA: To enter and leave
Canada, all U.S. citizens must carry proof of citizenship such as a
valid passport or birth certificate with a raised seal and a valid
drivers license. A drivers license alone is not adequate proof of
citizenship.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Destinnations is owned and operated by Tourco, Inc., located
at 16 East Pond Road, Nobleboro, ME. 04555.
Destinnations/Tourco,
Inc., shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to property or
death or injury to person, resulting from any act or omission of any
supplier providing any tour service or any other person or entity or
caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government
restriction or regulation, or any other cause beyond its reasonable
control. The tour participant expressly waives all rights that he or
she may have against Destinnations/Tourco Inc. in connection with
the foregoing. Under no circumstances is Destinnations/Tourco, Inc.
to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the
passenger or his or her baggage and belongings.
PRICES
AND TOUR COMPONENTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Prices are
accurate at the time of posting but are subject to availability and
changes. We reserve the right to vary itineraries and prices and
substitute facilities, hotels, or events of equal or better quality
if necessary. Prices are subject to change, until reservations and
full payment is received. We will advise you of any changes as soon
as possible after they occur. Should they result in a price increase
of more than 10%, you will be entitled to a full refund of all
monies paid if this is not acceptable to you.
DOCUMENT
DELIVERY & LATE BOOKINGS: Upon
receipt of full payment Destinnations will mail all documents, in
sufficient time prior to departure. Reservations made within 14 days
of departure will be subject to a late booking fee of $20 per
booking to cover express document delivery.
DEPOSIT
& PAYMENT INFORMATION: Your deposit
must be received within 5 working days of making a reservation.
Bookings will be automatically cancelled if deposit payment is not
received by this deadline. Any bookings without full payment at 45
days prior to arrival may be subject to cancellation without notice.
Bookings made within 45 days of departure must be paid in full at
the time of reservation by check or credit card.
Destinnations/Tourco Inc. accepts American Express, Visa and Master
card. Checks should be made payable to Destinnations/Tourco Inc. and
sent to 16 East Pond Road, Nobleboro, ME. 04555
