The Chatham Wayside Inn



Built in 1860 as a sea captain's home, the Chatham Wayside Inn has been exquisitely renovated and expanded to include fifty-six guest rooms. Many of the rooms have patios or balconies and all of the rooms have private baths. 

For an extra special getaway, there are fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, canopy and four-poster beds to choose from. Handicapped accessible rooms, an outdoor heated pool, conference room, restaurant, and banquet facilities complete the property, which is open year 'round.

Coming back to the Inn at the end of the day, guests will find excellent dining in the Wayside's restaurant, whether on the patio, in the pub, or in the fireside dining room. The menu features fresh local seafood with a contemporary flair, as well as marvelous chicken, beef and lamb entrees. Breakfast and lunch are also served, and on Sunday, there is a brunch to linger over.
